In memory of Rosa Sagaria
With the most profound sadness, we share that Rosa Sagaria passed away on 1st July 2025 after a long battle with Multiple Sclerosis.
She fought with strength, grace, and determination until the very end, never letting go of her deep faith, love for life and those around her. Her spirit was unbreakable and her presence a gift we were so lucky to have.
Rosa received care from The Epworth Hospital for many years and in her final weeks was under the care of Professor Montalto and Epworth In the Home. The care and support provided will never be forgotten. Epworth in the Home afforded Rosa the comfort and dignity she wanted and deserved in her final days.
We want to honour and celebrate Rosa's memory by raising money for the Epworth Medical Foundation (EMF) and in particular for Epworth in the Home, allowing others to receive the incredible care they provide.
EMF raises essential funds to provide exceptional care for patients at Epworth, a not-for-profit, private hospital group. Your support goes to world-class medical equipment, innovative research and compassionate patient programs.
