Reginald Charles Lewis was a beloved father, grandfather, husband, and friend, known for his kind heart and resilient spirit. His journey with prostate cancer and AML, though challenging, was marked by incredible bravery.
Reg faced each day with courage and a positive outlook that inspired everyone around him. His legacy is not defined by his illness, but by the love and light he brought into our lives.
This fundraising page is created in Reg’s honour, with the aim to support ongoing cancer research. Reg’s battle with Prostate Cancer and AML highlighted the urgent need for advanced treatments and support systems for patients and their families.
In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation in Reg's name to the Epworth Medical Foundation; specifically the The Epworth Centre for Immunotherapies and Snowdome Laboratories.
The Epworth Centre for Immunotherapies and Snowdome Laboratories is a Centre of Excellence in blood cancer patient treatment and care, made possible through a partnership of the Epworth Medical Foundation and Snowdome Foundation. They lead clinical trials to improve blood cancer treatment - so Australians, like Reg, don't have to travel overseas for new and innovative options.
