I'm fundraising to support Blood Cancer research at Epworth Hospital
As you know, I enjoy a walk. Around the block is a good start but across a country for me is fantastic. Yes, I mean a Camino!
I'm not alone with my passion. Hundreds of thousands of modern day pilgrims walk to Santiago de Compostela from various starting points each year.
I, like some of you, have had the pleasure and exhilaration of walking into the Praza do Obradoiro, in front of the Cathedral of Santiago de Compostela.
In conjunction with the Epworth Medical Foundation, I am now planning to walk part of the Camino Portuguese from Porto in April 2026.
On this occasion I will be walking to raise much needed funds for Epworth Medical Foundation and in particular their Blood Cancer research department.
